Viticulture
Terroir of vines on west-facing slopes with hard black schist and the presence of clay. Guyot and Cordon de Royat pruning for the different grape varieties grown. The average yield is about 40 hl/ha. Certified organic cultivation.
Oenology
Vinification using indigenous yeasts. Aged for 8 months with 1/3 in two- and three-wine barrels and the rest in vats.
