This is the first vintage for this cuvée on a new terroir at the estate! 100% Mondeuse from organically farmed vines planted on the Arbin hillside, on clay-limestone soils with red clay and south-east exposure. Hand-picked grapes, yields around 25 hl/ha.
Oenology
Natural vinification: maceration with at least 50% whole bunches, gentle pressing, 14 months ageing in amphorae, casks and barrels, with 15% new wood. Bottled at the estate with just a micro-dose of sulphur.

Lemon and rosemary marinated chicken skewers - Thin tomato tart with whole grain mustard and basil - Platter of mountain charcuterie and homemade pickles.
