A victim of his own success, Brice Omont has signed this magnificent cuvée of virtuous and qualitative trade, full of freshness, made from old vines drastically selected and pampered by him all year round at his friends and neighbours, the Giachino wine growers. We like its nose of citrus fruits and green apple, with peppery accents; but also its fresh and invigorating palate, on bitter almond, with a beautiful mineral framework which calls for all the fish of the lake. This is an accessible and immediate Ardoisières wine!
