A Savagnin that has taken its time, under veil, for three years, and you can taste it in the glass. The wine is tense, between controlled power and mineral freshness. On the nose: fresh walnuts, sweet spices, light curry, all carried by a lemony structure. On the palate, it is dry, structured, vibrant, with that typical salty patina that clings to the tongue and makes you salivate. A wine for the table, for reflection and for fine dining.
