This was the first wine we tasted upon arriving at the estate, and the one that made us realise, from the very first sip, that we had made the right decision to come. A straightforward, precise, luminous Crémant that immediately draws you in. Clean nose of crisp apple, acacia blossom and lemon zest. On the palate, the bubbles are fine, the balance just right, with a lovely mineral tension on the finish. A wine that whets the appetite as much as it stimulates conversation and demonstrates the estate's mastery from the outset.
