Made from old Savagnin vines grown on marl soils, this wine is aged under a veil for seven years in 228-litre barrels. The nose reveals notes of walnut, hazelnut and almond, accompanied by green apple, spices and a touch of cumin. The palate is both powerful and taut, carried by a lemony freshness and a full-bodied texture. The finish is long and lingering, with the typical character of the great veil wines of the Jura.
