A Ploussard just the way we like it. Light, airy, lively. We tasted it at the estate, glass in hand, and everything fell into place quite quickly. Here, lightness is fully embraced. The nose opens with wild strawberry, dried rose and a hint of white pepper. The palate is smooth and very easy to drink, with barely perceptible tannins and precise fruit. The overall impression is fresh, delicious and very honest.
