Made from Pinot Noir grapes planted in 2002 on clay-limestone soils in Arbois, this wine is vinified from whole bunches and then aged for 12 months in oak barrels. The nose opens with fresh, precise fruit, complemented by spicy notes. The palate offers beautiful depth, with substance and a velvety texture that carries the wine without ever weighing it down. The whole remains very balanced, with a complexity that gradually reveals itself.
