The nose is remarkably pure, with notes of fresh walnut, dried flowers and morel. Very nice attack, for an elegant and dry mouth, with hints of walnut and sour cherry. Sustained finish. Viticulture

Inocente is a classic Fino de Sherry, produced using the most traditional method, the criaderas and solera system. The wine, from a single vineyard called Inocente, is part of the famous Pago Macharnudo plots. It is fermented in American oak barrels and aged for over eight years under a veil of yeast.
