Viticulture

This wine is a blend of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez grapes matured according to the traditional Criaderas and Solera system. The richness of this wine comes from the PX passerillas, some of the sweetest grapes in the world. Aged oxidatively for 15 years.

Suggestions for accompaniment

To be drunk on its own, chilled, or even on the rocks, as some aficionados do; but also with blue-veined cheeses or a vanilla blancmange.
