IGP Côte Vermeille, Ranfio Seco, Vial Magnères (50 cl)

Aged without the aid of a veil, in the manner of an Andalusian oloros, this Ranfio Seco has an amber colour with green and orange reflections. The nose is intense, with hints of walnut, light tobacco, cinnamon, candied fruit and honey. The palate is very typical, with fatness, mellowness and notes of dried fruit, enhanced by a hint of candied citrus and touches of cooked apple. A beautiful freshness gives the whole a superb elegance.
