Production area: La Morra. Bottles produced: 10000-12000/year. Vines between 10 and 30 years old. Soil predominantly limestone with an increased presence of sand. Southeast and East exposure.
Oenology
Temperature controlled maceration in self-rotating vats for 3-4 days, then aged in used French oak barrels for 5 months.
