Production area: La Morra. Bottles produced: 10000-12000 /year. Vines 10 to 30 years old. Soil predominantly limestone, with increased presence of sand. South-east, east exposure.
Oenology
Temperature-controlled maceration in self-rotating vats for 3-4 days, then aged in used French oak barrels for 5 months.
