Viticulture

Production area: La Morra. Bottles produced: 2,500–3,000 per year. Sandy and tuff soil. South-east exposure.

Oenology

Temperature-controlled maceration in self-rotating vats for 3-4 days, ageing in French oak barrels (100% new) for 18 months.
