Viticulture

The Vignoble du Rêveur vineyards are located in the heart of Bennwihr and lie on a collapse ditch dating back 2 million years to the Quaternary period. This collapse ditch favoured the spreading of alluvial deposits in the central region, whose debris is made up of materials from the granitic and gneissic basement of the Vosges and the Black Forest.

Oenology

Die Weinberge werden mit Leidenschaft nach den anspruchsvollen Grundsätzen der Biodynamik bewirtschaftet, und die Weine tragen stolz das DEMETER-Zertifikat, das für Reinheit und Respekt vor dem Terroir steht. Direkte Pressung des Gewürztraminers, der auf Trester von Pinot Noir vergoren wird. 6-monatiger Ausbau in Edelstahltanks. Nicht gefiltert.
