From the vertiginous slope of Ardon, one of the sunniest and steepest areas of the Valais vineyards, this wine transcends its grape variety to deliver a Fendant that is incredibly powerful but also straight, "taut", expressing the personality of this place to perfection. The finish on white flowers and lemon is superb. If it can be drunk now, it will age for a long time!

Technique

Viticulture

Vines on limestone terraces on the Ardon hillside, one of the hottest areas in the region. It is generally necessary to irrigate to avoid the regular drought in this area. The estate is in organic conversion (biosuisse).

Oenology

The grapes are harvested without crushing, gently pressed, and the wine is slowly fermented at a temperature of 20°C. Aged on fine lees until early March. Bottling in mid-April.
