Vines on limestone terraces on the Ardon hillside, one of the hottest areas in the region. It is generally necessary to irrigate to avoid the regular drought in this area. The estate is in organic conversion (biosuisse).
Oenology
The grapes are harvested without crushing, gently pressed, and the wine is slowly fermented at a temperature of 20°C. Aged on fine lees until early March. Bottling in mid-April.
