Viticulture
Its name comes from the Notre Dame de Bèze chapel, built in 1155 on this land; but it no longer exists today. Various climates can be found within the cru: En la Chapelle, Sous la Chapelle, Grande Chapelle. Les Gémeaux is also part of the current Chapelle Chambertin AOC.
Oenology
The estate's cuvée is a blend of 4 parcels: - 2.21 ha out of 5.50 ha in the "La grande Chapelle" appellation, the largest part represents 1 ha of a block with 2 planting dates: 2/3 in 1963 and 1/3 in 1989, it is located at the very south of the area; - "Travers", the rows are planted in the north/south direction since 1947 for 0.60 ha; - "Panama" 0.50 ha planted in 1947; - "4 ouvrées" 0.15 ha from the same year of planting.
