Selection of old vines (50 years on average) of Grenache noir (80%) blended with Carignan and Grenache gris, from the best terroirs and the latest parcels.
Oenology
To concentrate the cuvée, depending on the vintage, the must may be bled. The wine is then aged in old tuns for about seven to eight years, then bottled for a further two years.
Suggestions for accompaniment
Mœlleux fondant au chocolat, glace au café - Griottes au chocolat. It can also magnificently enhance "blue" cheeses.
