Grappa Barolo, Gaja, 42% (50 cl)
Grappa di Barolo has a beautiful intense yellow colour with a bronze tinge, but also warm and mature woody aromas, underlined by notes of candied grapes and dried herbs. Very harmonious, it combines sweetness and fine bitters and has an explosive yet refined finish.

Oenology
It is aged for one year in acacia, juniper, oak and birch barrels.
Suggestions for accompaniment
To be drunk on its own at the end of a meal, as a digestive. It can be served barely chilled.
