This Condrieu de sélection parcellaire is the emblem of the estate: it is produced just a stone's throw from the cellar, on a granite hillside characteristic of this sector. It regularly gives a great wine with a very racy nose of butter, evolving on pear, apricot, toast and laviolette. On the palate, it marvellously combines tension and opulence and lasts a long time. A superb white wine for laying down!

Viticulture

This cuvée, located in the heart of the Condrieu appellation, below the estate, comes from the place called "Chanson". It is therefore a parcel selection, from a steep and arid granite to muscovite hillside.

Oenology

De-stemming, skin maceration, cold settling. Alcoholic fermentation in barrels at 16-18°. Malolactic fermentation on fine lees in oak barrels. Battonage once every 3 weeks. Matured for 18 months in demi-muids made of oak from the Allier forest.
