The wines are very clear and fresh, with citrus and white flower aromas. This terroir gives the wine the characteristic typicity of Chablis wines with a mineral, iodine and chalky finish. Viticulture

Surface area: 1.54 hectares. Soil type: chalky marl on Kimmeridgian. Location and exposure: situated on a hillside in the commune of Chablis, the 1er Cru La Forêt differs from our 1er Cru Montmains parcel in that it is situated on a higher level of the hillside and has the same south-east exposure. Planting density: 6,000 vines per hectare. Age of the vines: 40 years. Integrated viticulture: mechanical working of the soil, reduction of inputs with the "Changins" method, biodynamic trials.
