Viticulture
Surface area: 0.28 Ha. Date vines planted: 1987. Orientation: East. A topographically well-placed premier cru of Aloxe-Corton, below the Corton Bressandes and next to the Cortons Paulands. The soil is clay on the surface and stony limestone at depth, which makes it an unusual terroir. Facing east, just below mid-slope, it ripens early.
Suggestions for accompaniment
Roast pigeon - Bresse duck with cherries - Sautéed sweetbreads.
