Viticulture
New plot selection. Champ Bourcier was planted in 2001 on a plateau at an altitude of 60 m on the banks of the Loire. Soil type: rhyolite, a magmatic rock composed of micro-granite. Certified organic cultivation.
Oenology
Press selection. Aged 30 months on the lees in 400-litre oak barrels for 12 months, then in 1200-litre stoneware jars for 18 months. No filtration.
