Cavesa le CAVE, le club des amateurs de vins exquis

Saumur blanc, Clos Romans, Roches Neuves - 2020

The colour is straw yellow, almost crystalline; limpid; bright and brilliant. The first nose combines concentration, freshness, generosity and power. The second nose reveals a multitude of fruity, floral and vegetal scents. On the palate it reveals an aromatic palette of white and exotic fruits. One can even note a citrus side with lemon or grapefruit. Finally, one can detect pretty floral notes of accacia or hawthorn, or even rose.

His career was marked by a number of important encounters with leading figures in the world of wine, including Charly Foucault (his second father), Gérard Gauby (his winegrowing role model) and François Bouchet, who is now deceased.
