Cavesa le CAVE, le club des amateurs de vins exquis

Saké, Junmai Kaya (brun), Masumi (72 cl)

  • Provenance: Japan
  • Appellation: Japan
  • Domain: Masumi
  • Grape variety(ies): Riz, eau, koji, levure
  • Alcohol degree: 14%
KAYA takes its name from the golden brown colour of the rice fields during the autumn harvest. It undergoes a lighter polishing than other sakes of the house in order to highlight the particular character of its rice. It has a smoky, hydrocarbon nose, like a Riesling, followed by a pure, fine, very delicate palate, lingering on fresh butter, like a very fine Chablis. A very nice discovery!
