Technique

Viticulture

This cuvée is the result of a blend of three parcels located in the prestigious Sanford & Benedict area. Two of them, planted in the 70s and 80s, form the backbone of this wine and give it all its depth. The third parcel, a pioneer of the appellation, was planted in 1971. It adds a floral, airy touch.

Oenology

In the cellar, 2/3 of the harvest is kept in whole bunches. Vinification begins with crushing, followed by some punching down, and continues in 228-litre barrels, 30% of which are new French oak, for 19 months before bottling.
