Viticulture
The estate is located in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, at an altitude of between 150 and 200m, on a terroir of clay-limestone slopes with a south-southeast exposure. This cuvée comes from a vineyard that was 26 years old in 2000, with an average yield of 25 hl/ha. The estate has been certified organic since the 2010 vintage.
Oenology
Traditional vinification with 40-day maceration, manual punching of the cap and 15 months' barrel ageing (40% new oak).
