Situated below the actual windmill, the Greneriers terroir is characterized by the presence, in addition to the granite and sandstone that are omnipresent in the AOC, of red clays that give the wines extra chewiness and structure. The vines are cultivated using the “lutte raisonnée” method, and the soil is fully tilled.
Oenology
Traditional whole bunch vinification, semi-carbonic maceration. Aged in foudre and demi-casks (30%).
