Moulin-à-Vent, Empreinte, Paul Janin & Fils - 2023

The term “Empreinte” refers to the mark left on the vineyards by the terroir over the past 25 to 30 years, as well as that of generations of the Janin family, who have been making wine in this region for over a century. We see in it the promise of a wine that is already establishing itself among the greatest: velvety and full-bodied, supported by deep substance and a delicately spiced floral structure.
