On the granite soils of Martigny and Fully, Christophe Abbet, the "Prince of Gamay", chisels small masterpieces in homage to this underestimated grape variety. He has once again produced a benchmark wine, with a bewitching aroma of red fruit, dried flowers and thyme. Its delicate tannins are matched only by the frankness of its unforgettable Morello cherry taste. A perfection.

Viticulture

This cuvée comes from an old virosed vine (planted in 1967) on granite soil. This means that the vines are affected by a disease and they produce only small bunches of grapes. Thus the ratio between the skin of the grape and the pulp is very high, much higher than on a classic Gamay. This is one of the explanations for the concentration of this wine!
