Produced in collaboration with the great MOF sommelier Antoine Pétrus, the Alchimie range produces vibrant, intense and deep wines. This Ermitage can easily stand up to its French counterparts as its power is matched only by its finesse and fullness. It is a salty, smooth wine that will make a wonderful pairing at the table. Bring out the scallops, the poulard and the truffle!

Viticulture

A range of wines developed in synergy with Antoine Petrus, General Manager and Director of Wine Purchasing at Taillevent Paris and Meilleur Ouvrier de France Sommellerie and Maître d'Hôtel. For this cuvée, selection of a single terroir.

Oenology

Aged for two years in wood, with a very small part in vats. Then resting in bottles for at least two years before release. Only one barrel produced.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Foie gras in terrine - Sweetbreads with truffles - Grilled bass - Shellfish - Vacherin Mt d'Or.

Christophe Abbet is an unclassifiable winemaker and the enfant terrible of the Valais. On the terroirs of Martigny and Fully, he produces some of the most original wines of the region. In particular his sweet wines, incredible wines of time, which he makes in his small cellar in Martigny-Bourg. These wines are the peaks of the Valais in their category! Baroque wines, flirting with fruit or spice horizons according to the vintage.
