In 2021, a very fine vintage, we discover a white wine with accents of flowers (almond, honeysuckle) and white fruit (white peach) typical of the high Suzette terroir. On the palate, it is strikingly lively, without an ounce of alcohol, with a reminiscent salinity of arvine. A wonderful surprise.

Viticulture

Small stony terraces of marl and limestone above 500m altitude, facing south and east.

Oenology

Harvested 100% by hand, by a small family team, during the 2nd half of September and until October 4. Vinification ¾ stainless steel tank, ¼ oak tank. T° controlled to stay below 15°. No malolactic fermentation. Yield: Between 30 and 35 Hl/ha. Total production: 17,000 bt.
