Côtes du Jura, Chardonnay sous voile, Macle - 2018

For several vintages now, the mythical Macle estate, in the person of Laurent, son of Jean, has declined the wine of sail to the sound of Chardonnay, in order to produce this Côte du Jura which is less "tense" and nervous than the cuvée Tradition, but with an extra opulence in the texture and an enveloping character which calls for poulardes, creamy sauces and hard cheeses.
