Châteauneuf-du-Pape Chaupin, Dom. Janasse - 2018

Made from fresh terroir and partially vinified in whole bunches, this is the estate's most refined Chateauneuf; the one that ages on floral and spicy notes reminiscent of the great Pinot Noirs. It is more than ever related with a delicacy rarely seen. Its juicy fruit is exquisite!
