This is undoubtedly the ideal vintage to discover the house style, a subtle blend of vinosity, roundness and suppleness. Intense, complex and endowed with an incomparable vinosity, the Brut Tradition exhales notes of white flowers, hazelnuts and dried fruits; its bubbles are light and dancing, and it ends on a final of anthology, which calls for a second glass. Viticulture

Domaine de 11.7 ha of which 7.7 are pinot noir, 2 pinot meunier and 2 chardonnay. All located in Grand Cru (except for the Pinot Meunier located in Vrigny). Integrated pest management, soil work and organic amendments. Clay-limestone soil, very light and very chalky. This cuvée is produced on the terroirs of Ambonnay, Bouzy and Verzenay.

Oenology

An initial maturation on the lees which lasts almost a year allows the wines to clarify slowly. Year of bottling of the last disgorgement: 2014. Blend: 50% 2013 harvest, 20% 2012 harvest, 20% 2011 harvest, 10% 2010 harvest. Partial vinification in barrels for 50%. Dosage of 4 gr/l.
