This parcel, located in the commune of Beine, lies on a clay-loam soil rich in Barrois limestone, mixed with Exogyra marl, providing an ideal base for wines of great finesse.
Oenology
This wine is made with a long whole bunch pressing and fermentation in stainless steel vats using indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged in vats on lees, followed by malolactic fermentation. Racked by gravity, it is bottled without fining during a favourable lunar cycle by Cyprien Arlaud. Certified organic.
