Arbois rouge, Fertans (ploussard), Fumey Chatelain - 2023

A Ploussard as one dreams of: free, airy, vibrant. We tasted this 2023 ‘Fertans’ at the estate, glass in hand and smile on our lips — and it only took a moment to understand: here, lightness is not a flaw, it is an art. The nose is all finesse, with wild strawberry, dried rose and a hint of white pepper. On the palate, it develops superbly: fluid texture, imperceptible tannins, vibrant fruit. It is joyful, thirst-quenching and disarmingly sincere.
