Macérations de 30 à 40 jours, contrôle des T°, vinifications traditionnelles, fermentations via levures indigènes, malolactiques naturelles durant la première année, élevage de 42 mois en foudres slovènes de 25-50 hl. Le vin qui en résulte est sans nul doute un des barolo les plus élégants, complexes et raffinés que l'on puisse goûter à ce jour, souvent emprunt de notes florales typiques.
