Vin de France, Red is hot, Baudon - 2022

By now you're familiar with this 'coup de coeur' domaine, which we had the pleasure of discovering last year during the week of the Primeurs. Since then, we've visited them and imported their first wines, which are the three cuvées we're offering you today. The Vin de France Red is hot is a sulphur-free wine without reproach, breaking with the codes of Bordeaux with its Burgundian-shaped bottle and screw cap. It surprised us with its fullness and precision, which are rare for natural wines. As for the Montagne Saint-Emilion, Terres blanches expresses the finesse, tension and freshness of the predominantly chalky soils, while Terre brunes expresses the smoothness of the clay, with an extra touch of youthful deliciousness.
