Viticulture
The vine and the pomegranate have a common origin and often go hand in hand in Mediterranean culture. The pomegranate also has the charm, beauty and intensity of the fruit of the vine. It is this union that inspired the name "Granato", like a Teroldego made of concentration and density, rooted in the pebbles and sands of the five vineyards of Campo Rotaliano (Morei, Vignai, Sgarzon, Cesura, Regin). The soil is worked in its entirety and the vineyards are cultivated biodynamically.
Oenology
Fermented in large open vats and aged for 24 months in oak barrels.
