Meursault rouge, Clos des Mouches, Henri Germain - 2022

Once again, Jean-François offers us this rare and delicious cuvée, the paragon of pinot that "pinotes", with its spicy cherry notes of the "Morello cherry in brandy" type. A very pure, fine wine, deliciously Burgundian in its satiny texture, lingering with great sweetness because the grapes, and therefore the tannins, were very ripe. Better than anecdotal, this red Meursault is a real little treasure!
