Viticulture

In 1993, after graduating from oenology school, Christine Dupuy took over the family's 6 hectares of vines and became the youngest winegrower in the appellation. Adopted and supported by the profession, she did amazing work from the start. She reduced the yields, adopted malolactic fermentation in barrels and tried biodynamic viticulture on 2 hectares. For the Tradition cuvée, the average age of the vines is 40 years. Clay and silt soil with gravel.

Oenology

Yields 45hl/ha. Manual harvesting. Aged 18 months in vats, 1/3 in barrels of 3 and 4 wines.

Suggestions for accompaniment

Confit of duck and Landes potatoes - Braised beef - Brie with truffles.
