Viticulture

In 1993, after graduating from oenology school, Christine Dupuy took over the family's 6 hectares of vines, becoming the youngest winegrower in the appellation. Adopted and supported by the profession, she did astonishing work right from the start. She reduced yields, adopted malolactic fermentation in barrels and tried biodynamic viticulture on 2 hectares. For the Tradition cuvée, the average age of the vines is 40 years. Clay-limestone soil with gravelly soil.
