Municipality of Vignale Monferrato. Land registry numbers 356, 357, 361, 362. South/east facing; 230 m above sea level. First year of production: 2006. Trellis training, Guyot winter pruning. Green harvest in summer with thinning of the grapes in the first week of August. Year of plantation: 1961. Yield: 35 hl per hectare.
Oenology
Maceration in contact with the skins for 40 days. Aged for 30 months in French oak demi-muids and 24 months in bottle.
