Produced by the Accornero family in the Monferrato area, this Malvasia is a sweet, sparkling red wine that is highly original! With a purple colour and dancing bubbles, it has a bouquet of wild berries and lightly macerated strawberries. The palate is light (it is only 5% alcohol) and flavourful. A historic wine, irresistible for discovering another side of Piedmont.

Oenology

Maceration at low temperature; no malolactic fermentation; after cold stabilisation, the wine is bottled in January.
