A must in Geneva, it has a beautiful, intense colour and aromas of spices, stone fruit and macerated fruit. The palate is structured, with a dense, silky structure, enhanced by fine tannins that balance the whole. The gentle blend of fruit and spice is reflected in a long, enveloping finish. This cuvée has real ageing potential.

Technique
Viticulture
Medium-high cultivation, harvesting generally late enough to allow for great ripeness. Gamaret is a cross between Gamay and Reichensteiner.
Oenology
40% of the volume is vinified in vats and 60% in barrels. Malolactic fermentation is carried out in barrels for the 60%.
