Graubünden is one of the great historical terroirs of pinot noir in Switzerland. It is said to have been introduced here in 1630 by young local farmers who had worked as mercenaries for the French army in Burgundy. Daniel Marugg's Pinot Noir has a superb nose of morello cherry and spices and above all an elegant texture of taff etas. A great, fine, silky, jubilant pinot!
