As a master winemaker, Stéphane Montez produces Condrieu wines from the granite soils of Chavanay that display exceptional refinement: this is evident in the ‘Grandes Chaillées’ cuvée (the local name for dry stone walls), with its slightly powdery hints of apricot, accentuated by elegant ageing. The texture is exceptionally refined, fresh and finely crafted – a true delight! A marvellous wine, perfect for drinking now or laying down. Guide Vert RVF : 92/100
