Champ Bouton is a locality situated at the bottom of the hillside between Avize and Cramant. The estate works 3 parcels here, planted between 1959 and 1961. The soil is poor and the chalk is very close, at a depth of 30 centimetres. This locality is situated between Les Chanteraines, Les Chemins de Chalons and La Fosse aux Pourceaux.
Oenology
4 years on the lees, then almost one year on cork before shipping. Zero dosage at disgorgement.
