This property has been in the family for several generations. It already belonged to Henri Greloud, the great-great-grandfather of Jacques Guinaudeau who created Lafleur in 1872. The property covers 15 hectares on the second clay-limestone cordon of the Fronsadais. For this vintage, 2.3 hectares. Clay-limestone soils. Sustainable cultivation.
Oenology
Manual harvesting, double sorting on the vine. Low pressure pressing. Fermentation 60% in stainless steel tanks, 30% in new barrels, 10% in one year old barrels. Aged for 8 months in oak barrels, including 2 months with stirring of the lees.
